"Matthew came to diagnose our basement floor drain backing-up when we did laundry. He was very professional, polite and efficient as he investigated our situation. He explained everything he was doing in an understandable way. He found that our septic-tank filter was clogged, and we did not have any clogs in our home plumbing like we thought. He dug up the tank opening and removed the filter. We hosed-off the clogged filter, re-installed it, and the drains went back to normal. The cost was very reasonable. Matthew is experienced in drains and plumbing too. If I have problems with either of these in the future he will be my first choice responder."

"I found TG Plumbing and Heating on Angie's List on Saturday 7/23 and sent an e-mail to the company asking if they could come out and look at my A/C unit. By 6PM that evening, the owner - Tom emailed me back and said that they could come out and repair the unit. On Sunday, I contact Tom again via e-mail and asked him when they might be able to come out and repair the unit. He indicated that his crew would be out on Monday! On Monday Zack came out on time and really knew his stuff. He checked out the A/C unit, added additional Freon, checked out my second unit with pressure gauges, and checked out both furnaces. The repair was completed quickly, Zack was professional and friendly, and all is well. I love the fact that I reported the issue via e-mail on Saturday and they fixed the problem first thing Monday!
