They also installed french drains, a platform for a spa hot tub and a large, 3 tier water feature. The important things: The crew of 5 came every work day. They worked long hours and were respectful of my property and of my neighbors property. The owners, Mike and Ken Cordes were always available if I had a problem, question, addition or subtraction to the plan. Mike or Ken, or both of them, came out to my house a.s.a.p. to talk to me, answer questions, fix problems and revise plans. We couldn't be happier with the work completed or the entire process.
