"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"Alside did an excellent job with the roof and skylight work. I received three estimates to fix the skylight. All of the companies were professional and reasonable, but Brian at Alside was adamant that fixing the skylight was a poor option because there were multiple layers of shingles so it would not be a clean fix. Instead he suggested replacing the entire portion of roof when replacing the skylight. It was a more expensive approach but the appropriate way to address the leaking skylight. Brian was quite to respond to the request for a quote and he had his team out one week after the initial visit. They completed the work in a single day and the lot was extremely clean when they left.
