Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. For it to be completely addressed I needed my kitchen cabinets removed, but I had to get my huge granite tops out first, plus they would have to store them for me. Hence after calling several companies that were either rude, never got back to me, or just weren't interested in the job because it wasn't a huge money maker for them I finally found this gem. They came the very next day...today in fact. The workers were just as nice & neat with their work.
