Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. Carl called me to set up a appointment to come by and see exactly what the damage is and what was causing the damage. To my surprise it wasn’t the roof it was the gutters that were installed. They were the wrong gutters for my house. He answered all of my questions and he Didn’t Try To Sell me something that I didn’t need. On the day that the work was to be done the crew came early and not only did Bill make sure that everything was okay he also checked the roof for any leaks and he sealed my roof where the seal was missing.
