He told me to discard the old part and therefore would not refund me for the parts. He promised a refund of the labor but said it would take 1-3 weeks (LOL). Needless to say, I still have not received my refund. In this case, he was a parts changer and not a diagnostician. He said he couldn't afford to eat his mistake, implying that I should. Terrible businessman would not recommend. I'm out $500 and had to fix the Range myself."

If they happen to come, will update review Currently, Flue Tech appears to be just a big joke. Would not trust them to clean my floor, much less fix something that could burn your home down."
