I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. Even with the delays, Caleb checked up on us every day, assured us that the project was properly "buttoned up" for the inclement weather, and answered every one of our questions/concerns. But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"
