Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."

He would stop whatever he was doing to answer any questions we had and made sure everything was to our liking. This was a big job, removing old wood clapboard siding and installing insulation and new vinyl clapboard siding that looks amazing. "Andrew came promptly to give an estimate after we called him.  When hired, he understood the need of doing the work quickly due to a rainy summer.  He put a temporary patch on the roof to prevent additional water damage while waiting for the job to be done.  The staff were very helpful in giving guidance, including completed roofs in the vicinity, to help us choose the color of shingles we wanted.  The job was scheduled sooner that originally estimated and there were no delays.  We were told it would be a two day job.  The workers came promptly each morning and worked very long hours to finish the job in the two days promised.  The new fan turned out to be defective and was replaced within 2 business days after notifying the office.  The only small issue we had was a slightly damaged existing skylight sun shade from replacing the skylight.  Crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

"Just a note to all Angie's customers. if your on north west jersey and you need painting done call AAA. these guys were the best. timely ,professional and efficient. Not only did they do the painting but also put in a new shower and tub. The prices are very fair. My wife and I are completely satisfied with AAA. i usually dont write reviews but this was our best experience with a contractor. we're moving out of state and and i wanted to give them their do. we have at least one good thing to say about new jersey and thats AAA.
