"My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with National Home Improvements for a siding, window, and gutter home improvement project on our house. We were thrilled with the quality of work and the excellent customer service that was provided by the owner Ralph and his team. Right from the start, Ralph was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He listened to our suggestions and offered advice to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were also impressed by his transparency and willingness to work with us on pricing, making sure that we stayed within our budget providing the most competitive pricing out of all the quotes we received. It's worth mentioning that out of the four contractors and three quotes we received for this project, National Home Improvements was the only contractor that consistently followed up and showed a genuine interest in the project. We were grateful for Luis's sharp eye and expertise, as it saved us from making a mistake that would have marred the appearance of our home and bothered me every time I drove up the driveway. It was a stark contrast to a contractor we worked with previously who had installed these shutters that were too long and never mentioned it to us. I must also mention the exceptional work done by Bruno and the gutter installation team at National Home Improvements. The installation was completed in one day, and we hardly noticed the team was working because they were so quiet and efficient. We opted for 6-inch round gutters, which turned out to be a great decision. We recently had a big storm, and our new gutters performed perfectly. The old 4-inch gutters would have overflowed, causing possible damage to our home. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I must also mention an issue we had with an outside electrical receptacle that did not meet our expectations. Ralph immediately connected us with an electrician the same day to assess the situation. By the next day, a proper outside receptacle and weatherproof box were installed to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job, and we were very pleased with the quick resolution of the issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that National Home Improvements has done on our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to ensure our satisfaction were truly second to none. "I had a water leak at one of my windows. It turned out to be an issue with the vinyl siding over the top of the window. I called five of the contractors on Angie’s list who handle siding repair in my area. Victor was the only one who either returned my call or was interested in doing the work. He came out the next day to look at the situation and he quickly identified the problem. He explained what was causing the leak and showed me the “where” and the “why” of the problem. He proposed a simple and inexpensive “fix”. He returned in a few days with the necessary material as promised and completed the work in under two hours. He also took care of two other minor cosmetic siding issues on the same exterior wall of the house. He is a real professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him !"

"Andrew came promptly to give an estimate after we called him.  When hired, he understood the need of doing the work quickly due to a rainy summer.  He put a temporary patch on the roof to prevent additional water damage while waiting for the job to be done.  The staff were very helpful in giving guidance, including completed roofs in the vicinity, to help us choose the color of shingles we wanted.  The job was scheduled sooner that originally estimated and there were no delays.  We were told it would be a two day job.  The workers came promptly each morning and worked very long hours to finish the job in the two days promised.  The new fan turned out to be defective and was replaced within 2 business days after notifying the office.  The only small issue we had was a slightly damaged existing skylight sun shade from replacing the skylight.  Crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.
