"They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "Good customer service on the phone. Competitive pricing. Quick appointment made and on time. I had two outdoor frost proof valves replaced. All work and materials were good. The only reason I did not give a five is that one valve that was replaced was not fastened to the outside foundation. At the time it was installed it did seem very tight and that it would not move. After using it a few times it did start moving a bit. I put a lag in it to hold it in place. In fairness I did not contact Express about this. Had I perhaps they would have came back to take care of it."
