We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"

"I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"

"This company charged us hundreds and never showed up to spray our yard for mosquitos. When I called to ask why they had not come, they lied and said that they did. I have cameras on my property and when I told them that they definitely never showed up and I have proof, then they backpedaled said it was an “error” and they couldn’t service our property because of rain. Never notified us, never refunded us for the month they failed to provide service - but happy to quietly take our money!!! This was their second chance after doing the same thing (failing to show up) in the past. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
