They were the most expensive of all the options, but we chose them because we knew exactly what we wanted, and they clearly understood our requirements. The process began with Lois, who was extremely helpful with all the initial paperwork. Then Alyssa took over and was consistently in touch with us—updating us on the schedule and rescheduling as needed due to weather delays. On install day, the crew showed up bright and early at 7 AM—just as promised. They got started right away. All materials and the dumpster had already been delivered days in advance, so there were no delays. They quickly set up tarps around the house and began removing the old shingles and boards—we opted for a full deck replacement. Joe, the project manager, stayed in contact via phone and text, letting me know he’d be arriving a bit later. That wasn’t an issue at all because his foreman, Ivan, had everything well under control. Once Joe arrived, we discussed a few things, and some minor adjustments were made based on my requests. The entire process was smooth—Joe was professional and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew finished around 4 PM, and then spent nearly 90 minutes on cleanup, making sure no nails were left behind—especially on the driveway. Overall, we're very happy with the service provided by Lois, Alyssa, Joe, and Ivan. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
