"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"I hired Progressive Renovations to repair many cracks in my concrete patio area and level off the cobble stone walkway to my front door. Sam and his crew did a fantastic job. I am happier than ever with the quality work. His crew is great."

"Workers were polite and efficient. Did the best they could as far as matching shingle color when the items to be repaired are up in age."

"Ralph and the whole team were a dream to work with. The workmanship was technically and aesthetically perfect, and the crew was great at communicating with us throughout the process. Before installing the Hardie Plank lap siding, they had to remove vinyl siding. The painting was done quickly and is absolutely gorgeous. They worked with our ideas and exceeded what I thought was possible. The price was more than fair for all the work they had to do, and the fact that the whole experience was inter-personally wonderful made it a great deal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful home. I highly recommend National Home Improvements!!"

"

Very professional and efficient.   Large crew that got the job done in one day as opposed to a  majority of my neighbors who had to put up with multiple day installations.

They took care in identifying delicate areas such as the pergola and patio furniture protecting them with a tarp.

Cleanup was great and there was no telltale trace of such a large project having taken place.

Finally the price was almost 25% less than some of the other quotes.   I was not sure if there was going to be extensive charges for additional plywood but everything was covered under the original quote.  There was no attempt to upsell or any deceptive pricing.

All in all a great job!

"Greg is the owner of Gelcon Contracting, he called me to repair a siding issue, I told him it was repaired already but I felt it was not properly professionally fix, after looking at the pictures I sent him, he came over and fixed it properly...so grateful of his empathy, patience and professionalism...I would highly recommend him."

"Andrew came promptly to give an estimate after we called him.  When hired, he understood the need of doing the work quickly due to a rainy summer.  He put a temporary patch on the roof to prevent additional water damage while waiting for the job to be done.  The staff were very helpful in giving guidance, including completed roofs in the vicinity, to help us choose the color of shingles we wanted.  The job was scheduled sooner that originally estimated and there were no delays.  We were told it would be a two day job.  The workers came promptly each morning and worked very long hours to finish the job in the two days promised.  The new fan turned out to be defective and was replaced within 2 business days after notifying the office.  The only small issue we had was a slightly damaged existing skylight sun shade from replacing the skylight.  Crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.
