"Bob Laurendi and his Vandelay Roofing team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They were very responsive to my inquiry regarding my roofing needs, coming over and inspecting the existing roof within three (3) days of my first telephone call.  At that time, Bob explained the various options I should consider in installing a new (flat) roofing system, including cost variances and environmental considerations.  When I made my decision regarding the system I wanted, Bob told me he would have a formal quote to me within the week.
Less than a week later, Bob sent over his proposal and simple contract; I made one or two revisions to the specifications, which he readily accepted, and we scheduled the work for two or three weeks later.  Right on time, he and his crew called and advised me of their intent to start work the following day.  They worked over two (2) days, removing the old roofing system, repairing the wood sheathing where necessary, and installing the new TPO roofing system I had decided upon.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, photographing every aspect of their work for my review.

"Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

"Andrew came promptly to give an estimate after we called him.  When hired, he understood the need of doing the work quickly due to a rainy summer.  He put a temporary patch on the roof to prevent additional water damage while waiting for the job to be done.  The staff were very helpful in giving guidance, including completed roofs in the vicinity, to help us choose the color of shingles we wanted.  The job was scheduled sooner that originally estimated and there were no delays.  We were told it would be a two day job.  The workers came promptly each morning and worked very long hours to finish the job in the two days promised.  The new fan turned out to be defective and was replaced within 2 business days after notifying the office.  The only small issue we had was a slightly damaged existing skylight sun shade from replacing the skylight.  Crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.
