We used Angie's List and two personal references to confirm our choice and got three separate quotes. The results were excellent. Dan knows his stuff. His crew was friendly and cooperative. They cleaned up every day they were on the job and did not disturb our landscaping more than a foot on either side. Taking up the old floor in our two car garage was done in tight quarters without any peripheral damage. I have waited more than a year to write this description because you can't judge the quality until you have some weather and traffic to test the quality. This is the second winter and there are no chips or cracks. the rain runs off away from the house and into the drain they installed. The drive starts as a single lane and then curves into a second lane in front of the two car garage. Overall the concrete work and leveling are excellent. We had slightly lower quotes for this work but we are very happy that we chose Specialized Concrete."

"Shawn is a professional. He contacted me shortly after I placed the request for service and gave me a fair, no-nonsense quote by text and email. We had to delay the pour while waiting on a variance from the city. Shawn stayed in touch and honored the quote. He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. I’m hoping to work with this company again for my cement driveway project. Highly recommended!"

They took out my old garage floor without any issues, added an extra deep front footer, releveled the floor and added a nice larger drain, The driveway was removed, widened and finished perfect!
