"I had an old clay sewer line replaced. It was broken in two different locations between the house and the city sewer. Complicating the repair was a brick foundation on top of the sewer line and a 100 year old tree. John Kulk ran a new sewer line connecting to the city sewer on the west side of the house vs. the old line to the north. His repair resolved all of my sewer and water issues for a fair price. He and his crew were professional and knowledgeable. The work although taking several days, caused only minor interruption of services to residents of the building. "Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
