After deciding to go with his company, he sent a text stating the timeframe for the work to be done. After the work was completed, he sent a picture via text showing the completed work (we were working while it was being done). We are very pleased with Pablo’s work. He took out our old railing, fabricated and installed the new iron railing. He checked up to see how we liked the new railing. I told him how much we liked it. The only very minor blemish was an area on the opposite side of a spot weld he had to do to install a hand rail looked like the paint may have come off due to the heat. We were afraid if it wasn’t covered, it could rust. Next thing you know, he was at our house putting paint back on that area. That is great customer service!
