"I chose Remedy for my sump pump replacement. They came on time for the estimate and quoted me a very competitive initial price. They were even will to go a little further to win the business for work that day. Although I wasn't planning to do the job the same day, I called them back after the estimate and hearing pricing from two others. They came back within an hour, quickly did the work and showed me how my system operates. It's so quiet as compared to the old one. I'm already considering them for a separate plumbing job."

"Wanted to move our basement laundry room sink and pump system. Replaced dryer vent and hook up clothes washer drain. Also, to customize the layout of the pipes. Initial install was ok. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Then amazing they returned the next day and fully redesigned the layout to our liking free of charge. So nice to find a company that stands behind it's work and provides stellar customer service."
