"Everything was done a day. Looks great."

"The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Also Brian the QC inspector was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. Matt the project manager was quick to respond to whatever I asked of them. These individuals demonstrated Paddys customer-focused culture and professionalism in all aspects of their job, be it workmanship, communication, or customer service. The overall experience was performed flawlessly and met or exceeded my expectations."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Very good company to deal with. I have had them do work in the past. Always been pleased the work. Great customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. Would never hesitate to call on them for any type of work or repair."

"We had a leak. Pablo came to advise, was very professional. He saw the job through the beginning to end advising us along the way. Roof was replaced on time. Crew was neat and clean. Workmanship was high quality."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."

"John Moriarty and his crew replaced mine and my neighbors roof. He and his crew did an outstanding job! John was out within a couple of days after my initial contact with him and had my neighbors and I both a quote within 24 hours of looking at the roofs. John was easy to get a hold of when we had questions about the job and was in constant communication with us regarding the details of the job. John is an honest guy and I felt his price was very fair for the scope of work that needed to be completed. John had both roofs completed in one day and they look great! I really enjoyed working with John and would highly recommend him for your roofing and/or siding work."
