Unfortunately it was an off shoot of a line that wasn't supposed to be there, so there was no way of knowing it's location. <br /> There was some miscommunication about a gate we had wanted and he reordered one without issue. As soon as I messaged him about the mix up, he called me. Immediatley. <br /> We were very pleased, considering his estimate was about $1,000 less than every one else. "David and his crew did an outstanding job. I was a little worried at first when he was late for our first appointment. However, he was very apologetic and it was never an issue after that. I'm glad I stuck with him, because his crew was professional and always showed up at the job site to work when they said they would. David was given a key to the house and I trusted him to work unsupervised. I was particularly impressed when he offered to install a more expensive ceiling board after the original product arrived on the job site. David knew I was not going to be happy so he put up the better material at NO cost to me! In the end they finished within my budget and the job finished on schedule. I will certainly hire DWB,Inc. for our next renovation project."
