"After thoroughly inspecting the damage under the house, Russell showed me pictures of the areas that needed replacement and repair. He and his assistant were pleasant and courteous and cleaned up after themselves each of the 3 days they worked. He shared information about the repairs every step of the way and responded to any input I had, including selection of grout color. It is obvious that he is very knowledgeable and takes pride in doing good work."

"When we arrived, there was a slight odor from the cleaning supplies, which I did not mind, and was dealt with by opening windows and doors.  I have a severe allergy to mold and in a previous experience in another place, I could feel a burning on my skin from mold spores.  I did not experience this after Microclean.  It was such a relief.  My only complaint was having to clean up the debris after the vent cleaning.  This was not part of the proposal, so was not expected.  It would have taken another day to do that, and the work was done so quickly there was no time for that.  Also, the house was empty for the summer, so some of the dust etc. was due to that.
Hopefully we have learned our lesson about the temp., but I would call MicroClean again if I had an issue.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
