The company, Pro Renovation was actually went inside the closets to inspect, they were really good, they were awesome because they were able to discover the damages on the closets , with pictures. they are very honest, because they could have just made the dollars up & left me in a mess, they actually looked out for me, to my best interest. " I could not be more happy or satisfied with the remodel of my master bath.    The finished space is <b>absolutely beautiful</b> and i owe it all to Dietra Nickerson!  She takes such pride in everything she does and i would not hesitate to hire her again.   The work consisted of removing the old shower stall, tile, wall, moldings, and part of the ceiling.  This was no small chore as the tile had been installed using outdated methods and was incredibly tedious and difficult to remove.  Dietra, however, (undaunted by this discovery) tenaciously persevered until every last bit of that old, ugly tile was ripped out of there!   Ripped out and carried downstairs and out to the dumpster!   Dietra did all this work by herself.  When you hire Dietra, you get Dietra.  Not someone Dietra has hired on for the job.  I like that!  So, after she took the bathroom down to the studs and the deconstruct was complete then the "magic" started to happen because <b>Dietra is Dietramazing!</b>  She truly loves her craft and this is demonstrated by the finished project.   From the well thought out and well placed tile, on the floor and walls,  to the perfectly mitered baseboard and crown molding, to the beautifully painted walls, my master bath is extraordinarily beautiful!  Thanks, Dietra Nickerson, for another beautiful room in my home.   "

"I contacted Horton Remodeling before moving into a new house we just bought. We wanted a solution to convert a den into a room to be used as office. He came on time at the scheduled appointment and discussed very professionally the options for new office. We had ideas prior to Horton Remodeling coming but John improved our ideas and even saved us $300! We decided to also have him put a vent in the master bathroom (he installed a vent with integrated light), install the garbage disposal and redo all handles in the kitchen, office and bathroom. <br /> John started working prior to us moving to Savannah, we left the key in the mailbox and by the time we arrived in Savannah everything was done perfectly. Throughout the work John sent many pictures to keep us up to date of the progress. <br /> We really felt very well taken care of. The work performed by Horton Remodeling was absolutely perfect! <br /> He also showed a lot of flexibility as we had to have him come back 2 times because of parts that we ordered that didn't arrive in time. I contacted him via text each time and he responded immediately and performed that work just a day later! Each time the contractors came in the house to perform work they left the house absolutely clean! You would not have been able to see that someone was there to perform work! I never experienced such a thorough clean-up! Overall awesome experience! We will continue working with Horton Remodeling whenever we have a project in the house. Brandon made it look easy ..The skylights also seemed to have not been cleaned for many years ..and needed scrapping not easy on a roof in 90 Degrees + All jobs look amazing ..I will be hiring Firehouse home services again for my Handyman projects"
