I explained the nature of my emergency and John was all ready to evaluate the situation on the same day, literally within hours of my calling. "I wish I could say it went well - I was told by the gentleman who came to measure and look at our work request that they would get back to us in a few days with a written estimate. He also mentioned they would be free to complete the work ASAP. I was optimistic and impressed with the discussion we had about the improvements and pending the numbers weren’t too high was ready to sign. Over a week later without any contact, I texted to see if they had a update and I was informed a couple days later via text that they had been called into a big job in Houston and wouldn’t be able to even provide us an estimate after all since it would be at least a five week job. If they had messaged me to let me know about this first I would have been more understanding, but it was very unprofessional to simply vanish on us without at least an update that things had changed in favor of a larger job."

"Previous contractor made a mess of the floor. Aaron and his crew came out the very next day. Not only did they install flooring but they removed and replaced the shoddy work the previous guy had done.Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!"
