"Mark did great work. Appreciated the no pressure sales tactics. During the initial bidding, he provided a list of options for fencing and then left me to make the decision without second guessing my choices. The installation was done quick and professionally. The actual installation process was approximately four hours. Required 138 foot linear fencing with a self closing gate. Fencing area also required posting in non-concrete areas/yard (which turned out great). Price could have been lower but requested more "bells and whistles" for my installation. <br />"

"We have recently moved into our new home and had noticed an ongoing issue with water accumulating on the side yard. We called Texas Irrigation to make an assessment of our situation. Victor returned our call and arrived the same day! He took great care listening to our concerns and analyzed the area. He pointed out possible issues, made critical observations while our sprinkling system was running. Victor concurred with our suspicion of the slow leak on the plumbing of the irrigation system, and made the necessary adjustments to seal the leak. He provided us several suggestions to keep in mind while we made observations for the next couple days. The wet area quickly began to recede and dry up. Victor also spent some valuable time informing us about our existing sprinkling system. His performance was outstanding, and he is an excellent professional! It was clearly evident to us that Victor's objective was customer service and satisfaction. He is one sure man that you want on the job! He is thorough and efficient, and has an exceptional high work ethic that is hard to find these days. After Victor completed his work, he also had provided some suggestions to help improve the appearance of our landscaping. "Kevin came to my door offering Rangel’s service to prune the 10 trees in my yard. They had not been done in several years and they needed the attention. My trees are mostly old oaks with large canopies and 3 pines. They arrived at the agreed upon time and set to work. I was very impressed by the workers’ industriousness. They did a beautiful job removing dead wood, lifting the canopy that was touching the roof and thinning the excess foliage. I was also most impressed with their cleanup. The yard looked cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Kevin and Rangel for your tree needs."

David sanded down and refinished the bathroom cabinets as well as installed all new plumbing fixtures. I also had a large fence gate that had been damaged in one of the storms. "Called a couple of times before getting a sales man. The salesman had to leave town and passed my requirements to the and quot;owner/operatorand quot; for estimating and setting the deal. <br /> After setting the deal and agreeing with the contract the ability to obtain the agreed upon fencing took longer to get from out of state than originally specified. When the fence came in the first time (late) it was not the same as agreed to. The second batch of fencing came in without all the required pieces, or pieces which were of a different standard (round vs. square, end capped vs pointed, etc.) Upon getting the appropriate parts the initial installer put what he could with the statement that although one end was lower than the other it would be difficult to tell to an untrained eye. When the drive trough gate arrived and was installed my untrailed eye could see the obvious step down between each piece vs. the gradual slope from one end to the other. <br /> While installing the drive through gate one team of installers pushed the hinge assembly onto the post vs removing the endcap and sliding the hinge down the post to its proper position. This pushing put a deep scar into the post's finish. One endcap for the post was not available on the initial install. <br /> All of these issues were professionally resolved with little/no problem except for time required to accomplish. <br /> Overall the time from estimate to completion was approximately a month. <br /> The obvious issue of out of state supply was the main problem area. All other issues were resolved locally in a professional manner.. <br /> <br />"
