We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. "Excellent ... Robert promptly came over and provided a reasonable quote to plaster the kitchen ceiling due to an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in the plumbers knocking it out. Since this is an older home the plaster needed to have a swirl pattern. I also mentioned painting was needed for the fix and Robert brought in his son who does painting. After discussions, I decided to also have the kitchen walls, chair rails, baseboards, and basement stair walls painted. This price too was reasonable. An appointment was made for a week later for the plaster work and the painting a week after that. Robert and his son and the 2 helpers finished the job promptly and professionally. The plaster with the swirl pattern blended in with the rest of the kitchen ceiling nicely."
