"The project went great. It was the best end-to-end experience I think I've ever had working with a contractor for a project at my house. Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. I was impressed by how quickly they worked through the project, they completely cleaned up any mess they had made, and my front yard looks fabulous! I highly recommend Green Town Garden to anyone looking for a high quality landscaping service. and his team showed up when he said they would show up, they were fast, they cleaned up at the end of the project"

"Overall, it went well. They came into the middle of a project and brought it to completion. The team was professional, timely, and consulted with me as they installed the wall, i.e. location of boulders. We have had many compliments on it and look forward to working on plantings in the spring. The two little issues are that the grass came in a bit thin (we were going into fall) and the muddy areas above the wall. A lot of the excavating had been done by someone else. Although All Pro took three dump trucks away, it wasnt' quite enough. Our soil has a lot of clay in it, which is very muddy. All in all, the did a great job and i would hire them again."

Then he walked around with me, explaining and showing the improvements, updating my watering schedule on my phone AND will come back and do my back flow inspection. He left addition hoes, connectors and garden pins in case I want to add or move something. He was very transparent, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. "It was fine. They are basically the only service provider here that does that stuff outside of landscape. They're the biggest one. The Big Deal price was the only charge I had. I currently use them for all my landscaping for my grass. I've never actually seen any of their workers to be honest with you, they do all the stuff when I'm at work. I've never even talk to anyone from their company. I'd like better notice when they're going to schedule the appointment. Communication with the receptionist is good."
