"I have used Guardian roofing for many years. First: I had a shake roof on my house. Guardian Roofing helped me clean and protect my shake roof and repaired any shakes as necessary. Here is where the great service comes in. If I had any leaks in my shake roof that was because of their service, they repaired it at their cost. Every person they sent out to my home for service was polite, courteous, and was working with me to satisfy MY needs. If they made a mess, there made sure that it was cleaned up per My satisfaction. Second; last year I had my shake roof replaced with a Certain Teed Landmark TL Roofing. It was a complete tear off and replace. The crew was Great. They covered my bushes, Garage doors and anything else that could be damaged. They cleaned up every night before going home and made sure it was to My satisfaction. "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
