"I would definitely continue to choose Carpet Surgeon. They got out all of the carpet stains that others could not."

"Adam from The Carpet Pro PDX replaced a damaged transition piece between carpet and vinyl. He also stretched the hallway carpet. Good job, price and customer service."

"I needed carpet installed so I could finish moving in. was able to get an appointment the next day and the work was excellent. The workers were professional and I will definitely let friends know."

"Underlayment and carpet repairs were very good quality"

"We removed the wet pad and dried out the carpet and cement floor for a week. Gary came over to check out the situation and see the kind of pad we still had in place, then came back the next day with the replacement pad. He installed the pad, repaired some loose tack strip, and re-stretched the carpet. All went well and took about 90 minutes. We can't tell that anything happened to the carpet, and the pad feels the same as the original pad (it was about 2 years old)

"Very quick to respond. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a little job of refastening some carpet underneath doors. Looks good. Glad to know there’s people out there that are so helpful. Thanks."

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"MFS did an excellent job! The installer was able to complete the project in 1 day, and it included removing the old carpet. I would hire them again."

"The job was much bigger than I expected - or anyone for that matter - as moisture had caused crumbling of the floor under the carpet along edges and in corners. They worked through the weekend to make up time. Tony himself did a lot of the repair. The carpet that they installed is beautiful and it's so nice to know the floors are solid and safe now. They were more than fair in all pricing, actually coming in slightly less than estimated."

"They use environmentally-friendly carpet cleaning products, which is why I chose them. The technicians are very prompt, provided me with estimates, did the work that was said would be done, and explained what was needed. The owner even cared enough to come out the green cleaning class that I was doing once! I’m happy with their services!"
