"From the first outreach, to the quote, and work order modifications during the remodel of our kitchen, Ron was transparent, respectful, and worked closely with us to ensure we understood the constraints and opportunities given our kitchen footprint and wishlist. Our kitchen remodel involved wall demolition, exterior and interior door replacements, as well as full flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliance installation. Any delays were communicated as soon as they were known and inevitably were due to shipping delays, not the on site work. His subcontractors were friendly and very helpful. "I might have been some what hasty on my first review. Just upset because of the break down in communication. After reviewing the final documents I would like to retract some of what I said. I do think we paid to much but there construction firm is one of integrity. The job was done mostly to our satisfaction. Just make sure you get all the cost up front. They are decent people and I never meant to imply otherwise."

"Started out well. Job started earlier than originally planned which was fine. Paid a third down to start job with understanding that rest would be paid in full upon completion. Everything was going fine until near the end of the job. After shower fixtures were installed I noticed they were the wrong finish from what we agreed on for the estimate. Took a week for Joel to reorder & replace. When the frameless glass shower panel was going in, the installer realized it was the wrong size, and had to be redone. The grout on the stone shower floor was very sloppily applied. Bits of dried grit are stuck on the stones. Before job was finished Joel was asking for full payment as he was running tight of money. I insisted on paying him in full only when job was complete. He wasn't very happy. Overall, the tile shower walls & bathroom floor tile look great. I only wish there had been more attention paid to the other details."
