They were efficient in their timeline without feeling overly pushy about making a sale or anything and they have offered us a very solid warranty, especially important given the problem we needed to help with is one we first thought we mitigated last year. "Ricardo Gallegos responded quickly to my request to bid on a low slope PVC membrane roof repair. His bid was reasonable and clear, better than several other companies. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well! It was a very pleasant experience working with Ricardo and United Construction, I highly recommend them!"

If you are a woman looking for repairs or a new roof, this is the best company in Portland! We are very happy with the roof and now that it has better ventilation my house is much cooler!
