"Absolutely avoid Outdoor Equity Construction and its owner, Vaughn. He makes promise after promise and never delivers. After taking a sizable deposit for our patio cover, I had to constantly chase him for months just to get updates. What was promised to take 60?90 days ended up dragging on for nearly 9 months. When the work was finally completed, it was done incorrectly ? and now Vaughn refuses to return calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VAUGHN OR OUTDOOR EQUITY CONSTRUCTION."

Lutheran did a great job, found the leak, replaced my pipe in the wall, no trip charge and was straight forward with the cost of everything. Even had me initial the charges before they got started. Anderson is not returning phone calls or text messages. There have been a minimum of five attempts by my husband and me."
