"We made the choice to go with Alex Freddi on our basement bathroom remodel for two reasons: Alex was super quick to answer all my questions (this was our first major remodel in our home/first time working with a contractor, so we had lots of questions) and the quote was straight forward — it didn’t combine a bunch of costs in one line item that we’d have to pick apart to understand what things actually cost what. We got to work with Gary as our project manager and he was great! He checked in often, was available for calls, and answered all my questions. The thing I appreciated most was that he always asked me my thoughts on all the details that needed to be decided upon. I felt like I knew what to expect and that if something came up that I would never have been able to anticipate, he would let me know or ask my opinion. I never felt talked down to or that my choices were inferior. It’s been over 6 months since we completed our remodel and we are very happy with how our bathroom turned out and felt like it was a great experience for our first time around, hopefully not our last!"

"It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"

"Dave and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had a complete tear out. It all cost a bit more than I had planned, but that was because of the options i ended up choosing. Quartz counter tops, stained hickory cabinets, and huge new sink basin. Could not be happier with these items!"

"Amadou Lo and his crew were great to work with.  They removed a popcorn ceiling (from a stairwell that needed scaffolding); skim coated the ceiling in 3 rooms, and primed and painted.  They were courteous, prompt, thoughtful (they did an excellent job of masking off the work area and protecting the rest of the house), skilled, quiet, and reasonably priced.  We have other home remodeling work to do in the near future and will definitely be calling them back."

"IYH remolded our entire master bathroom to make it more accessible/ADA compliant for our 13 yo son who has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound. They also installed flooring in our bedroom and closet. Installed a beautiful wider frame door and cement ramp to entry way. We could not be happier with the end result. John, Kristen, Skyler, Max, Lee, and the rest of the IYH team went above and beyond our expectations. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing.
