"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. Have dealt with various contractors for numerous issues over the years as I own several rental properties, and this has been my most positive experience by far. Kathy Quill"

"Stella Roofing – 5 Stars! Huge shoutout to Stella for saving us recently! They originally came out to help with some ice dams when we were in a pinch. Their communication was excellent and they showed up right on time. Since they were already on the roof, I had them do an inspection. They made the process so easy by sending over videos and photos of the damage so I could see exactly what was going on. After giving us a great price, the actual installation was a breeze—the crew was in and out in a single day. If you're looking for a reliable, professional roofing company, I highly recommend them!"

"Joe responded quickly. He did the necessary repair at reasonable price and explained what went wrong. Another larger roofing company wanted to replace the whole roof. Joe is honest to tell us that the roof is in overall good condition. Only a section needs to be repaired due to the damage from a poor de-ice job years ago."

"Excellently - Rich picked up my call right away (after I'd tried calling 3 other businesses) and took details as well as came over to provide an estimate the same day. He emailed an estimate that seemed reasonable which I accepted and told me he could have his folks get it done next day which is exactly what happened. Rich was very careful to match the exact single type/color. I'm extremely happy with the responsiveness, attention to detail and quality/price of the work done. I'd use Newton Roofing Residential again anytime."

"Very well. Roof looks great!"

"The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. Highly recommend The Roofing Company!"

"Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"Dave and his crew replaced our rubber roof in a couple of days. They worked hard, did a great job, cleaned up well at the end of the job and their price was fair. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent. From initial contact Roofer's Edge was responsive. The installation crew was excellent and the gutters blend in with the trim color and are barely noticeable. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation."

"Bill was responsive and returned the call, showing up the same day. He cleaned the gutters and made minor roof repairs. He evaluated the condition of my roof and gave an honest opinion."
