He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. "Lou Topia and son did a superb job refinishing our wood floors. They had to remove and dispose of old carpeting. They added matching hardwood to areas that did not have hardwood and interlaced hardwood in areas that needed to be extended. They sanded and buffed all of the hardwood, and then applied four coats of poly. We trusted them with our house while we moved out for those four days. We highly recommend them for anyone requiring new hardwood installation as well as refinishing existing hardwood flooring. they are the best!!!"
