Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Mat removed part of a supporting wall between the living room hallway and kitchen creating a nice open airy feeling. He then removed another wall and closed off a stairwell leading to the basement. Installed a new hardwood floor where the stairs were to enlarge the eating area in the kitchen. I am planning to completely remodel the kitchen in the spring and plan on having Mat do the work."

"Bryan and Cheryl are great to work with ... one hears stories of shoddy work and rip off artists, but these two will recommend what can be done to fix at lowest cost instead of recommending new and expensive solutions.  And the finished work is done well and looks fantastic!  I highly recommend Bryan and Cheryl for anyone needing a home repair or remodeling project ... and you'll need patience because they are in high demand - if you are in a hurry then you'll probably need someone who is not busy and most likely not that good, and they'll charge you a lot.  Bryan is a perfectionist and will keep at a problem area until it is resolved - for instance sun faded siding looked splotchy after power washing, Bryan went up on the ladder and chemically removed the splotches, now it looks brand new."

"Dan and his crew were excellent to work with.  We had a big project and from the initial contact to get an estimate to the last paint stroke, he was attentive, easy to reach when needed, dealt with a few unexpected crises quickly and efficiently and did a great job.  We had an architect and another contractor specifically for the Endless pool, and Dan worked well with them as a team.  He has a small crew, but everyone was very pleasant, did great work, showed up every day, worked hard and cleaned up, and were easy to interact with.  We were also very impressed with the subcontactors he works with, and would be very pleased to work with them again. <br /> We ran into a few issues: <br /> The day that they removed our roof, we had a sudden rainstorm, which caused water to leak into our house, and while they were trying to shore up the water, our dogs got loose and escaped the house and yard.  Dan immediately contacted us (we were gone for the day),and had people cleaning up the water and covering the roof as well as had people driving around the neighborhood to look for our dogs.  They took care of all the extra drywall and painting for the water damage and the dogs were fine (just dirty and tired) when we found them.  We felt as though he cared not only about the job, but about us and our pets, throughout the remodel. <br /> We also had some difficulties when it came to the pool installation, where some measurements between what we received from the pool company and what we had on our plans ended up differently to what we expected.  Dan and Eric came up with a good plan on how to accommodate the changes and the end result is even better than we thought.  Considering that we basically redid our entire exterior and added an additional 1/4 to our house, we feel like we had a pretty easy renovation, and Dan and his crew were a big part of that.  A special shout-out to Eric Bates, our carpenter, who did a fantastic job!!"

"B-Dry did an excellent job. Ed was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and professional. This is a second home for us so we couldn't be there while the work was getting done. He really cared about getting the job done correctly and went above and beyond by checking on the house before they could start and sending me lots of pictures. He notified us when he discovered additional problems (and solved several without charging extra). They started on time and finished on schedule. Having a wet basement is awful and stressful. "I received quotes from multiple companies and they were all comparable. All other companies spent approx 45 min looking at the house and taking measurements. Ayes spent 4 hours total at my home. Very comprehensive, professional and knowledgeable. My home required 21 Helix Piers which are much preferred to Push Piers. Matt was my contact person, Evan was on site. Just an excellent job all round. Evan team hit a main water pipe which caused a small leak in the basement. Matt drove 90 min to my home at 9pm arriving at 10.30 pm to ensure me they would fix the problem. The local water dept turned off the water, Matt spoke with them and had the bill taken care of. The next morning the pipe was repaired and we were off and running. Matt did not leave my home until after 11pm and a 90 min drive home. That is what I call customer service.
