Included in the job were some window and door replacements, gutter installs, and other improvements to the house to address issues I had made note of over a decade of ownership. The guys did great work. The house is immeasurably better in every way, and the updates proved their worth this winter. During the lead-up and during the work, they listened to concerns and ideas, and made actionable proposals in response. After the project was finished, they followed up to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. There were schedule slippages and material delivery delays, which is all par for the course, especially in 2025. They were communicative about the delays, and able to reorder the work accordingly. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
