My mom's house has some wood rot at the bottom of the breezeway that was loose and caused that part of it to move back and forth (due to the failing gutter system she had) They replaced the gutters but went the extra mile by securing the bottom part of breezeway where it was rotted, by placing a board down so it does not move. "Dane was easy to work with. Instead of playing phone tag like one other Pro did, we communicated by text. He asked for photos of the work to be done. I texted them to him and he texted me a quote. It couldn't have been easier. He gave me a date range of when he thought he would be able to get to the job. Near the date he texted me and we set up a time. The appointed time was late in the day so it was no surprise that he was running late by then. But Dane texted to let me know what his revised ETA was. This was appreciated as I did not have to leave work to wait for him. On the job Dane was quick and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and was a very likeable and personable guy. I would definitely call him again."

Jeremey was very responsive, communicated throughout the project, and got the job done quickly. He repaired all of the bad areas and sent photos of the work before and after he was done. His initial estimate was very close to the final invoice. The underlying damage was a bit more extensive, but he was very fair with the extra costs. I would definitely hire J&J again."
