Work was done within a week from the time he came to give an estimate to the day of the work. I was contacted by the person coming to do the work before they arrived. "Awful company. Berger?s Gutters has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I have ever dealt with. The gutters were installed incorrectly from the beginning, and instead of standing behind their work, they attempted to charge additional fees to come fix their own mistakes. To make matters worse, the installer they sent could not communicate in English, which made it impossible to properly discuss the installation or address concerns during the job. We were sold on one thing and got another. When we later requested that someone come out who could actually communicate with us and review the issues, the company refused. Customer service, specifically with Amy, was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Calls and messages were not handled professionally, and there was zero accountability for the poor workmanship. I will be contacting BBB."
