"Our house was built in 1958. The wood siding was no longer worth repairing & re-painting. It was time replace it. I would consider this a large undertaking. Something like this is also a significant investment. Lifeway does not take money up front. You do not pay until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. They tackled this Job in a dedicated, prompt & professional manner. They were there all day, every day until it was complete. They did not jump around on other Jobs. There were no surprises except for the fact my house didn't have any insulation. They installed installation with no extra labor charge. I obviously had to buy the material. They clean up every day when they are finished working. They accomplished everything promised and more. When completed, the house had a new look. They painted our detached garage to match along with a large wood storage building. This included replacing whatever wood had been damaged over time. These are skilled & professional people with the right equipment, trucks etc. They are polite & respectful. We are very glad that we chose Lifeway. They definitely reduced the stress of having a project like this accomplished. They seemed like part of the family after being here."

When Nate bids your job make sure you understand whether whether he is quoting labor or labor and materials. In our case the quote was revised to include materials. "Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

I had some vinyl siding damage under the eaves from a wind storm and also the roof over the back porch was torn up. He called me within 1 hour of my putting an inquiry on HomeAdvisor and called me back with an estimate within a day or two. I accepted the estimate and he got a crew out and the job done very promptly. When they removed a gutter to finish the repairs they discovered some unseen rotted wood on the fascia. He sent me photos of it and called to see if I would approve the extra money to remove and replace them. I agreed and they finished the job by the next day.
