"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"They gave a good quote and were very easy to work with. The communication was also effective. I was not impressed with the workmanship though. I may consider hiring them for an out of the way spot but not for anything critical or highly visible. The example that I will give that I consider to be very indicative is that when they replaced one of the two boards with the dryer exhaust, the panel was not cut to allow for the dryer to actually exhaust. The dryer still works because half of the hole is still there in the board that didn't need replacement but still I now have to get up on my roof and do it myself so I don't loose efficiency in the dryer. This says to me that any other aspect of the job requiring attention to detail also needs to be checked - not what I want to be doing when I went to the trouble to hire someone else to do the work."

"We hired KK Custom Painting again, this time they removed our old siding and installed new Hardi Plank siding. They went over and above what was expected of them. I was very pleased with the job they did. Our house is 3 stories in places and their crew handled it professionally and with ease. I especially liked the fact that they did not cover up rotted areas, they fixed what needed fixing and let us know what they did. They also painted the house and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the quality of their work. Mr. Ochoa was in communication with us several times a day, every day they were here. I am very glad we chose KK Custom Painting for our large job, they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company."

"OUTSTANDING!!! Norm came to the house and gave me a very professional and reasonable estimate. I was pleased with it and asked him to please do the work and that we were on a tight timetable. He worked us in within a week! For this area that is awesome! They came in 2 crews. One day was the repair crew. They were great. We almost didn't even know they were there. They did outstanding work and did it quickly and when they were done you couldn't even tell they were in the yard area cutting wood and siding. Their work was excellent. The 2nd day was the finish and painting crew. They were equally great! The look is wonderful and the repairs were top notch! I was told that they would be here by 7 to get the work started and when I came down the stairs at 6:40 they were already in my driveway, getting ready to start the job.
