"Awesome - professional job. Eugene and his crew did a fantastic job from the start. He was a perfectionist and used high quality materials and performed high quality work. Eugene and His crew were on time everyday, very hard workers, professional and courteous. Eugene communicated with us through the entire project and made sure we were pleased with the work. He takes great pride in his work and wants it to last a lifetime and it shows as our house looks like a brand new home. Neighbors and bystanders have given us many compliments. Eugene also met with and communicated with other contractors on the project who were installing stone and concrete make sure they were on track with install areas for each service and that materials used by the other contractors not only would be installed correctly to meet the standards required for him to install Hardie siding properly but also that they used high quality material (like flashing as well) in areas where his siding met or overlapped their work. Exterior paint is beautiful - spot on with the color we chose. Would definitely use Exterior Barrier again!"

As the project went on we decided, after the fact, to include most of the original suggestions. JDI was quick to adjust to our changes although it would have been easier if we had done it that way in the first place. The team they brought in for demolition, inside and outside work, roof, siding, tile, floor, plumbing, electric were amazing. Everyone was polite and professional. The project was done ahead of schedule although we added things toward the end stretching it out a bit, but that was on us. He showed up on time, every day, and took painstaking care to do the siding and painting job as if it was his own home. The siding installation, the window trim, the caulking, and the painting were all done professionally. Paul doesn't just bid a job, and then hand off the work. On any given day, Paul could be seen on a ladder or the scaffolding, and even with a paint brush in hand. I don't typically provide public reviews of contractors, but, I was impressed with Paul, his skills, integrity, and work ethic.
