"Mr. Al Stockdale, the owner, came to my home to discuss the proper fence for my needs and budget. I needed to corral small dogs and toddlers made difficult by an uneven backyard. <br /> I completely relied on his experience and picked a fence I was comfortable would proved the security I wanted within my budget. The installation was done professionally and on time. <br />"

"The gentleman's name is Justin Shomo. I've interacted with him several times over the last several years. I've seen a good bit of his work and he does a great job. They use good materials and they use nice posts. They use first class type wire. He does a first class type of job at a fair price. It is not the lowest price but it is fair. I talked to him yesterday and I'm going to use him again shortly."

"All installations went very well. Mr. Molina supplied all of the materials need to construct four 6ft fences as well as a secured locking entry gate. Excellent work provided with installation was completed on the day/time it was scheduled. I would definitely use his services again and refer him to anyone who may need to have a fence and/or gate installed."

"<p>These guys are great.  I needed a fence installed within my privacy fence in a hurry to prevent one of my dogs getting out.  I lived in the city at the time.  They did it in one day, trained me on how to use the collar, and set the controls.  I also got a free replacement collar for life and replacement batteries for  shipping cost.  The battery on the collar died in two months, they came out that day and replaced it.  The system always worked great and never had any problems with replacing collars and batteries. I have since moved an no longer require this type of fencing for dogs but if I did, they would be the only company I would deal with.  Great family who take pride in what they do and respect the customer.   </p> <br />"

"I found All Washed Up on Angie's List and decided to give them a try due to their excellent ratings. David was easy to work with on the phone and had them do an estimate that day. There wasn't much to that process. So far as we can tell they drove by slowly in a van just to get a look at the house. I was sent an estimate in my email and was able to approve it online. I was surprised to not hear back from them in the next few business days, but when I called to check on it David was very helpful and we had them scheduled to do the work within a few days from that time. The crew was very professional and courteous. Overall the process did not take long, maybe a few hours for all three services combined (siding, gutters, and windows). There was a mix-up where they had washed only the exterior of the gutters and not the interior, but with one phone call to David that was straightened out and they took care of it the next morning. It was an honest mistake, and they were very apologetic for it. Now for the bad. This isn't really their fault, but I wanted to mention a warning to anyone having their exterior windows washed. Make 100% sure that you know EXACTLY how water tight they are. We have three downstairs that were installed by a previous owner. We've never had issues with them leaking, even in heavy rains, so we assumed they were as water tight as any. Never assume anything. Direct pressure from washing is much different than rains, where the roof and gutters redirect the bulk of the water. When they went to wash those, water started pouring in. I had a puddle in the floor, water all over my kids' toys, and water all in our laundry/workbench area. All of this is in a finished basement. From that point on it was a nightmare running back and forth trying to find towels and checking every window to make sure nothing was coming in. Even the newer ones upstairs leaked a bit, and the front door had a puddle. When it was at its worst I asked the guys to hold off on certain areas and they kindly obliged. They are not liable, however, for whether your home leaks. So make sure to be proactive about it. All of that to say, their work is of good quality and the crew is easy to work with. Just make sure you're there when the work is performed and/or that your house won't leak. Also, don't be afraid to go around checking as the work is being performed. They won't be offended. The kids even thought it was fun."

"We moved from Florida, into a renovated house in Roanoke Virginia, after an exhaustive search. The house, although beautifully renovated, left a few areas that really needed attention. Our basement was half-finished, providing us with a family room, including a wet bar. But the other side of the basement, which herein shall be called "the dungeon" was a dark, raw, fully exposed area. There was a washer/dryer hookup, but that was all. My wife hated it. Exposed wood, cement floor... cavernous. We hired Martin Services, here in Roanoke, VA, to do the renovation. Dan Martin gave us a very fair bid on the project, and we accepted. We described what we wanted: - frame out an area approximately 12x12, into a laundry room, with 4 walls, and a door into the remaining storage area. - all of the pipes, dryer exhaust, and heating ducts to be enclosed. - a drop ceiling put in with new LED lighting. - ceramic tile installed. - three cabinets installed, with an L-Shaped counter top. - a sink in the counter-top, with a detachable hand sprayer. All of this, plus the electrical work, plumbing, painting and finishing. Dan and his crew were courteous, always on time (and a lot of this was over the Christmas holidays), and very expert in their work. Dan made sure we were happy with every phase of the project, always communicating with us. Everything was completed to our extreme satisfaction. The room is no longer a dungeon. In fact, my wife looks for laundry to do, just to hang out in the room. I would hire Martin Services for any project, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent, fair, professional and very friendly contractor."

"My  heat pump went out on a cold holiday day.  They came within an hour after calling.  I knew the rates were going to be high because it was a holiday.  They replaced a broken capacitor and got me heat again in around 30 to 45 mintues.  They charged extra for parts and labor because it was a holiday.  My total was $272.  This is the first time I've ever had to call an HVAC repair company for service, especially on a holiday so I don't know if this price is excessive or not, but I have heat again."
