They were very respectful and considerate when coming to my house since I have two young children. They always took off their shoes when entering my house which I have yet to find someone else to do that without asking. They completed the work within three days. I havenâ t had water come into my basement since they installed the drains in front of my house and it was a very reasonable price as well."

"Phil and his team again came through with an amazing job at my house. Had an issue with my chimney causing a leak in my house. One side was tarred for some reason. Every contractor told me you have to knock it down and re-brick if you want the tar off (the water was actually running behind the tar past the flashing causing the leak). One contractor told me my brick was bad and had to re-brick, another told me i had to repoint and re-tar the brick. Phil and his team not only removed the tar off the chimney but repointed the chimney and repaired the cement on the top where the caps are for the fireplace and heat for an amazing price. I will work with no one other than Armstrong Masonry. Phil will be honest with you and tell you exactly what needs to be done and not bang you over the head. Being able to trust your contractor goes a long way! Thank you Phil again for an amazing job! I wish I can post photos to show the before and after."

"This was a great company needed to grade and prepare a shed site with a foundation. Shawn came out right away for an estimate and cleared the schedule so that the job could be done quickly. All the work was done in one day and the workers were polite and hard working. When they were done they cleaned up the site and Shawn took a minute to explain everything that they did. This was the easiest project I have ever seen a company tackle so flawlessly. I canâ t wait for my next project so that I can hire them again."

She showed up and gave us a one hour free consultation, helping us choose flooring and tiles for the bathroom - they came out so elegant, I wouldnâ t have picked anything remotely close as beautiful! Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "Mike and his crew of expert builders did a fantastic job. Mike was offering a 20% off coupon, but even without that, his quote came in lower and with better materials than the other two companies I had quote (and I had already worked with one company on a large project). He came right out to look at the job and had a quote to me within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and we struck a deal. It took a little longer to get started than he said, but it was entirely due to the rainy weather we've had in July and early August. It seemed to pour on every start date we set. Nevertheless, he made my hard deadline with time to spare. He also did the job right -- making sure everything was level, that my plants were taken care of during the building process, ensuring that I was consulted during the building and that I had no questions, and (very important!) using the best quality materials. I am DELIGHTED with the results and know that I would not have received such excellent work or such an excellent price from anyone else. (Note that I didn't hire the company that I'd already done a huge hardscaping project with the year prior....). He even powerwashed my walkway and a concrete area as well as my driveway where he'd stored some materials. Mike is pleasant, customer-orientated, honest, and delivers above expectation. His crew is polite, efficient, and really good at what they do. I watched the guys who built the divider wall and they spent a lot of time picking through the pile of former-chimney rocks to find just the right ones and to lay them in perfectly. They were all so professional and nice that I shared a beer with them at the end of one day's work. Fantastic experience and end-result. Can't wait for the rain to stop so I can use it!"

"I hired Gerson of Four Hands Masonry and Paving Corp. to do my driveway, garage floor and curbing, because he did what I asked for. His estimate was very detailed and everything was in order so his workers could follow it exactly. He showed up everyday along with his work crew, who were on time and worked very hard, and were very easy to get along with.Other contractors wanted to do it their way, so they can get in and get out fast. I did not like that.He gave me excellent input about how deep to dig, how much gravel, cement and item 4 to use, and the proper amount of base coat and asphalt to use for a long-lasting job. He also suggested a drain to be put in so the rain water will not go into my neighbors yard. With all of this he gave me a three-year warranty. Nobody does this. He promised me that I would be happy when he was finished, and he delivered. Yes I would definitely hire him again, I would be a fool not to."

"Really excellent work. Paved driveway, cleaned up and leveled parking area before putting gravel down. Dug new drain for water runoff and repaired and cemented pavers that line driveway. Lots of little details including sunken electric and cable lines that they had to deal with and nailed all of it. On top of that Julio is the nicest guy! 10 stars."
