"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"Amazing Job on my kitchen floors!! Quick work , great prices, and a beautiful outcome!"

"I am very happy with my new solid hardwood floors. Lux Flooring was very competitive pricing wise. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Although pricing was considered, I choose Lux Flooring because Juan was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell me potential problems that could arise, AHEAD of time. He wasn’t here just to get the job done, he was here to get a job very well done. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"We had new flooring installed in the basement of our home and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team helped us choose the perfect flooring that matched both our style and budget. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They made sure everything was properly aligned and finished beautifully. The new floor looks incredible and have completely refreshed the look of our home. If you’re considering new flooring, I highly recommend this company for their quality, professionalism, and excellent customer service."

"We wanted to replace flooring throughout our house, 3,000 square feet altogether. The job required removing a combination of wood, carpets and tiles and installing new flooring. After engaging a number of suppliers and installers, from big chains to independent contractors, we picked Ko-Am. Our decision was based on the great customer service during the sales process as well as the reviews on HomeAdvisor. They were very accommodating, changing the terms of their contract based on our requests and promising a "no surprises" installation. Because we were replacing different types of flooring over different surfaces, including stairs, we were concerned about running into issues but a no surprise installation is exactly what we got. They promised us to complete the job in five days and that is exactly what they did. When they ran out of material, they quickly found a local supply in order to finish the job. They addressed all our issues and requests throughout the installation and added a few touches that we had not thought of or requested. Best of all, their quote was the lowest we had received and they did not charge us a penny more."

"I contacted Larry after we sustained hardwood floor damage in the kitchen due to a leak from the ice maker.  He installed new hardwood flooring in the damaged area and refinished the entire first floor.  We were very impressed with the end result.  Larry and his staff did an excellent job of matching the stain color to the existing wood trim and the floors looked like new. Larry and his staff were a pleasure to work with.  They were professional and extremely efficient."

"EXCELLENT ?yes we would recommend them very professional we are getting ready for project #2 Will post PICS...floors were done in a very timely manner."

"Juan and Flavio provided excellent service and were extremely responsive. The install team led by Flavio were punctual, professional, and skilled. The new floors look great! They also buffed and resealed an existing hardwood floor. I am extremely pleased with the results. Their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them!"

"Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.
