"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

Eric even called to let me know he was a little delayed, which was most appreciated and showed respect for me as a customer. The crew was professional and did an excellent job in removing the trees. The stray Elm trees were also removed at my request. Everything was cleaned up and left very neat. They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family."
