after getting a couple of estimates , (all rated super services by Angies list  )  I decided to hire BW Earp  since they where the only one who mention my options to get a smooth seal around my new windows , sure, with additional cost, but  well worth it since I'm planning to keep that house for a long time and like well done work..

The scheduling and execution of the work was done professionally with the best textured finish I have seen on a house.

"James and his staff are great people and hard workers. Had full house Stucco and had all new windows installed. Would have given 5 stars but still have stained concrete from stucco, crawl space vents got stucco over and need to be replaced ($$$), and the outside caulking jobs was messy and got on the vinyl part of the window frame and with the wind we have had lately dust has stuck to the caulking making it look like brown stains on white vinyl framing. Never had windows and stucco done before so not sure if all the issues is just what come with getting it done and no other way around it."
