"I have worked with contractors in the past but, never had such kind, courteous, punctual, and patient young men as Jovon and Jeremy. They worked with me on the situation I was in. My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. "I've worked with many contractors over the years and JJB is the best I've worked with for residential remodeling. That's no small statement. JJB is responsive, communicative, on-time and on-schedule, does not cut corners, always willing to tackle new issues or problems that arise during construction, respectful of neighbors / other tenants, and very fairly priced for the quality of work that they provide. We even had some city permitting issues from prior construction that JJB was able to take on and get cleared up. I can't express how much headache this saved me! "RRG removed ceramic tile from two hallways, leveled, replaced and repaired the subfloor in preparation for maple wood flooring to be put in place.  The reason we called RRG in the first place is because the floor company who was contracted to put in the wood flooring and refinish all our wood floors, did not do ceramic tile removal work.  We had seen RRG in our neighborhood on many occasions and we called them to see if the tile removal job wouldn't be too small for them to do. Joe gave an estimate that we accepted and was there on time to begin the two day job.
The job turned out great.  Joe and his crew were there for two days and left both work areas very clean.  This was a very messy job but they built containment blocks of plastic sheeting that minimized residual dust.   
Joe and his crew were thorough and very professional.  If we had known in advance that they did wood flooring and refinishing we would have used them for the entire wood floor replacement and refinishing job.  We will use them in the future.

We are very happy with the project.  Panda was able to work within our budget and give us all of the things we wanted. 

Eveything looks wonderful and works well.  The team was respectful of our home and our pet.  The communication was good.  There were a number of challenges including hidden surprises and a few changes that we threw at the team during the project.  Bryan and the team addressed all of the challenges within our budget.  We were referred to Panda by a good friend and we would refer them to others. In addition to the quality of the work, it was a pleasure to work with Panda.  Good people!"

"I thought he had some really good ideas and I liked it. The only thing is that I am trying to get the patio done first and so it is more vital right now than the basement. He was very reasonable and he looked for cost saving ways to do things and that was very helpful. I got the outline of what he would do. It is a big space and I just wanted to know what a professional would do with it and look at the possibilities and give some ideas about it. He gave an estimate about what it would cost approximately, which I thought was good. It wasn't an absolute bid because we weren't getting it done right then because he would have to confirm that with the electrician and stuff like that too and also it was a question of whether we would do some plumbing or not. He did what he was supposed to do. He spent several hours. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, what the problems would be given the basement was bare. I would say he did a very good job. We didn't have any trouble setting it up. He knew what he was doing and he had people that he knew like electricians, plumbers that he would need to bring in."
