We confirmed the permit was never pulled directly with our township, which indicated this has been an ongoing issue they have encountered with this contractor. We also spoke with other local township offices and reviewed public permit records in nearby areas, where we found additional properties associated with this contractor that did not have permits on file. They subcontract jobs out?sometimes posting and looking for crews in Facebook roofing groups?and had limited oversight of what was happening on site.
