ECW is a "Design to Finish" company. Our goal is for the customer to make one call and get their needs taken care of. My first company (in the mid 90's) was painting new residential home construction. I was building homes when the economy turned down in 2008, then I started ECW. We do alot of remodeling & hand man work. We have licensed Electricians, Plumbers & HVAC on hand to work, as well as Artists for Faux Finishes & Murals.

"You have to pay up front before any work has been done through his website or phone app. And you pay for a set amount of hours. If it takes longer, you pay again. You don't get reimbursed if it didn't take as long as you paid for. If he has to travel to get a different part, he is on the clock for that too, even if he bought the wrong part to begin with. Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."

"It’s now been several years being retired and getting older wanted to replace our carpeting. We had a really nice Berber for 17 years but knew would not last forever. Time to replace while we could still empty cabinets, etc. I asked and sought help from The owner expressing how I loved how what we had had held up and wanted comparable new carpet. Well he showed me some samples I asked if they would last and wear as good as my existing carpet. “Oh yes” ha absolutely not. Since the first month the carpet has been unraveling. My job after vacuuming is to carpet punch the strands back in. 66 crawling around of the floor punching carpet. Oh it was the owner who told me I needed to buy a carpet punch. So as I get older it is harder crawling around but I still remember the owners could care less. Go elsewhere."

"Last year we signed a contract with Bullion to reseal our pool deck. We set a time for them to do the work but then Harvey hit and we got flooded. Needless to say having the pool deck resealed was the least of our problems so we contacted Bullion to cancel the contract, which they would do but it would cost us $200. We paid it but I think in a disaster where we saw so many local businesses step up to help, and expect nothing in return, it says a lot that this business was still trying to make a buck, even off flood victims. We recently had our deck resealed but we didn't use Bullion. Given their dollar first attitude I wouldn't recommend them."
