We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "I absolutely this company, Upon seeing I needed a roof, RH & MS contacted me. They came immediately to patch the hole created by Hurricane Ida. Mr. Mike worked with me with the FEMA process. Once approved by FEMA, Mr. Mike came with his crew and fixed my roof in 1 day. I find Mr. Mike and company totally professional and courteous. He worked with me with the money FEMA gave me. He took the time to come in my house to see if any water damage was in any room. Mr. Mike was patient with me, explained everything clearly and thoroughly of what was going to be done. I am a senior and his courtesy and patience is so appreciated. He was timely, efficient and a job very well done. For the money, they did an excellent job. The new roof is of excellent quality. the detail to the new roof was so very satisfying. I would definitely recommend RG & MS to anyone. Any home project that I need, I will only call this company. "Joel and Brandon arrived on time (early actually), and were great! Explained what was involved with the video inspection, answered all my questions and were pleasant throughout. They were scheduled to do another video inspection at my elderly neighbors' house afterward and were super nice and patient with them, answering all their questions kindly which I also appreciated. We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I was loyal to another plumbing company for the last 9 years (but they don't do video inspections), and while I have no issues with that company at all, I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. the next time I need plumbing work! Additionally, Megan in the office was very sweet and helpful when providing pricing and scheduling info./assistance beforehand!"

"It was great. Devin from Divine Way showed up 10 minutes early for their appointment. I love punctual businesses and their employees. Too many times from other places I've had to wait 15-25 minutes past appointment time without any rhyme or reason for tardiness. Within 15 minutes we had a working toilet again! Devin was courtesy answering our questions about helping to prevent a toilet clogging in the future, and if there's anything we can do for future clogs that aren't major. Much appreciated. Even talked about future plumbing related house improvements."
