I expected a surface repair like I had seen elsewhere, where the lower section of the pole is cut out and replaced and where the bottom of the pole is attached by L-brackets to the surface of the patio. Owen cut into the concrete, replaced the rusted section and sunk huge bolts securing the L-brackets beneath the surface of the patio. The hole was then filled with concrete making a neat, level square around the pole. No visible brackets and a solid fix. Thanks Owen!"

The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. "They construct the fence from scratch. It's very solid. It looks very nice. Doing it that way rather than installing it in sections is good for uneven, going around trees, matching up with other fences that sort of a thing. So, it looks very clean and professional. They did a nice job."

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."

"Salesperson/supervisor always answered his cell phone or called back immediately if we left a message. They are very busy so it took about a month to get the materials (special order) and get the job scheduled. But, it was worth it. They were very consciencious to arrive on time and in protecting my property and landscaping from roofing debris. They have an employee that oversees the cleanup. "It went great.  I live out of town and so I had given Jaime the code for the lock box into my apt.  He did a great job.  We spoke the first time and then it was mostly texting after that, which was in fact very convenient for me also.  His communication was great every step of the way.  He even came back to do some more work for me after he did the first initial part.  He even took some photos of the things after he did the work and sent them to me via email.  I have not been into the unit myself, but my uncle has been there and I have the photos Jaime sent me.  It looks great and my uncle also said he did a great job there.  I felt very much at ease working with Jaime, and would be happy to call him again for any other work or to recommend him to you.  He was very professional and honest with me. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and I think he is a hardworking honest good person.  I did not need any major renovation work done, but I am confident from what I saw on his website that he can handle all sorts of projects, things that were much more complicated than my needs were here.  If you need any type of handyman or renovations done I highly recommend you call Jaime for a quote before you begin.  I can only inform but...in the end...it's your decision."
